Our Process

We believe that in order to provide the highest quality service we must understand your requirements in full. Therefore it is important to have a conversation about what you are hoping to achieve for your child’s future, before we are able to consult you on the best ways forward and discuss your specific requirements for their education and development.

Call us directly or arrange a call via email.

Once we have a sense of what you need, we will continue with Registration, and Terms and Conditions will be arranged.

We offer post-placement support to ensure that both clients and candidates are happy in their new environment and work to resolve any issues that may arise. We also offer the comfort of a replacement service during the first 2 months, should it be required.

Selection

Once we understand exactly what you are looking for we will create a job specification and search for candidates who are most suited to the role.

Presentation

Several candidates will then be presented to you for your perusal. You may then choose which candidates you wish to interview.

Interviews

Interviews may be done via Zoom or in person. The process will be supported by Imperial Education from start to finish, with sample questions and advice where needed.

Offer and Placement

Once you have chosen a candidate, we provide support in drafting contracts and coordinating start dates. We give advice on visa and travel arrangements if necessary.

Relocating to a new country can be daunting, especially if you don’t speak the language.

If the whole family intends to relocate to the UK, we can assist you in everything from purchasing a property, to hiring a housekeeper. We strive to make every aspect of your move as smooth as possible and will be happy to take care of you once you arrive.

Miss. Lucy

Governess

I am a driven, adaptable, highly organised and experienced, PGCE and CELTA qualified Primary teacher, who works equally well independently and as part of a team. I have BA in Interior Architecture, a BSc in Building Control and an HND in Architectural Technology. I'm passionate about education, with an ability to design and deliver creative and engaging lessons to inspire students and make learning fun. I am conscientious and adept at building rapport with students, helping learners of all ages and learning styles achieve academic success and reach their full potential. I enjoy working with families to support them in realising their dreams for their children and becoming part of their family and their future.

Mr. WILLIAMS

Online Tutor

I have worked globally for the past nineteen years in countries including as China, South Korea, Singapore, Thailand, Mongolia and Qatar. Although predominantly a qualified classroom teacher, I have taught English Language in both Primary and Secondary Schools. I enjoy teaching one-to-one online lessons and create individualised programs of study for all of my students, to attain their goals. I have a Master’s in Education from the University of Nottingham and hold a Post Graduate Certificate of Education and Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Canterbury. I also have two TEFL Certificates for Primary and Business English. I was most recently the Head of Humanities at Huili School Hangzhou. At my previous schools, I held the positions of Literacy Coordinator and Teaching and Learning Coordinator. I look forward to working with you.

Miss. Amber

Governess

I am a graduate of London College of Fashion and have an honours degree in Science. I attained a Postgraduate Diploma in TESOL and Applied Linguistics from Anglia Ruskin, Cambridge and am a qualified TEFL teacher. I have also taught English, Geography, Maths, and Science according to the National Curriculum UK. I have taught all age groups, in all types of environments and am always concerned about my students' academic and emotional well-being. I enjoy helping students on a one to one basis and am dedicated to assisting my students to reach their full potential. I am especially good at coaching my students for public or private exams and entrance interviews. My students have attained places at prestigious Universities in Australia and the UK. I am equally devoted to younger students and find it a great pleasure to watch their progress.
